"Electrical Properties"
ABOUT THIS LESSON: Material Science, Electrical Properties

Lesson 8 of 33. This lesson describes the electrical properties of materials. The conductivity of metals, semiconductors and insulators are described. Special topics in this lesson are piezoelectric and magnetic properties.

Knowledge Check:
What is Ohm’s Law?
If we increase the temperature of metals, does the resistance go up or down? Why?
What is the interesting aspect to piezoelectric material?
What are two materials that have magnetic properties?
